MySpace Overlays - Terms of Use
Okay let's face it. Most of the MySpace layouts (and even MySpace overlays) out there are total crap. It seems that MySpace resource site owners are more concerned with making money then they are with producing a quality product.
Here at robthunder.com on the other hand, you can plainly see that a different agenda is in place. The collection of quality DIV layouts available here are made with a lot of tender loving care and much effort is made to always keep you, the end user, clearly in mind.
Because of all the work involved in creating 100% original quality backgrounds, writing up cross-browser compatible layout code, developing an easy installation process and presenting everything on web pages that aren't pandemic with popup ads, I'm imposing some simple TERMS OF USE on all the Rob Thunder MySpace DIV layouts (a.k.a., MySpace overlays).
These TERMS OF USE are:
YOU MAY:
- You may use any of these DIV layouts for free to customize your MySpace profile.
YOU MAY NOT:
- You may not modify the layout code such that it causes the Rob Thunder corner tag or the Rob Thunder text link or 'layout credit' link cease to appear on your MySpace profile.
By violating these linking rules, you fully understand that you are committing Copyright infringement, and you are in breach of contract - therefore SUBJECT TO LEGAL ACTION.
The Rob Thunder corner tag looks like this and shows in the top left corner of your profile:
And the Rob Thunder text link looks like this and will typically appear at the bottom of your blurb column if you're using a three column layout:
As for the plain white and the plain black MySpace DIV layouts, these have a 'LAYOUT CREDIT' subheading in the right column below which appears a link which reads robthunder.com.
ALL OF THESE LINKS MUST APPEAR IN YOUR PROFILE UNMODIFIED AS PER THE DEFAULT INSTALLATION IF YOU USE ANY OF MY MYSPACE DIV LAYOUTS. <~PERIOD.
- You may not redistribute any Rob Thunder MySpace DIV layout codes or any Rob Thunder MySpace background images either individually or as part of another MySpace layout, MySpace overlay or MySpace background collection WITHOUT MY EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION.
How to remove the tag
Would you like to deck out your profile with one of these quality DIV layouts and have no Rob Thunder MySpace Overlays tag in the top left corner?
